Song: Here As In Heaven/ Elevation Worship
Scripture: Matthew 16:18-19 (J.B. Phillips New Testament)
“Simon, son of Jonah, you are a fortunate man indeed!” said Jesus, “for it was not your own nature but my Heavenly Father who has revealed this truth to you! Now I tell you that you are Peter the rock, and it is on this rock that I am going to found my Church, and the powers of death will never prevail against it. I will give you the keys of the kingdom of Heaven; whatever you forbid on earth will be what is forbidden in Heaven and whatever you permit on earth will be what is permitted in Heaven!”
Prayer: Jesus, people have left the church since Covid and have not returned. Lord, turn their apathy around, helping people to desire you, Holy Spirit, and a move of God upon their hearts! Help us, Lord, to stay focused upon you as Nehemiah did as he helped rebuild the wall in an astounding 52 days…because of your great hand upon Nehemiah and the Israelites! Lord, in times of apathy and backsliding, you create a hunger and need for your Son, Jesus! May revival and reformation break out across America and the nations! Let your church rise to this ever-important hour! Hallelujah! In Jesus’ saving Name, we pray, Amen.
Decree out loud: I decree the ecclesia; the Bride of Christ is being strengthened like never before! I declare she is finding her voice for such a time as this, forbidding on earth what will be forbidden in Heaven, and whatever is permitted on earth will be permitted in Heaven! Oh, Lord! I decree the church is standing up for what is pure, honorable, and holy, only saying YES to what Almighty God says YES to, and NO to all the rest of crazy culture’s ideas and demonic agendas!
Prophetic encouragement: As a believer, your decrees and declarations have great power in them because of Jesus’ resurrection power living within you! Your decrees have an invisible force that will hit a divine target. When you say your decree out loud, there is a shift or a move in the spiritual realm. Whether you can see this shift or not doesn’t matter, continue to believe Him as you speak God’s promises over America. Like Nehemiah and the Israelites, we stay engaged in His great work of decreeing, praying, and believing God can!
