Day 33 “52 Days of Prayers To Rebuild America!”

Song: Dancing On The Waves/ We The Kingdom

Scripture: Philippians 4:4-5 (NCV)

“Be full of joy in the Lord always. I will say again, be full of joy. Let everyone see that you are gentle and kind. The Lord is coming soon.”

Prayer: God, the world seems so heavy today, and evil is rampant. But YOU! God, today I just want to thank you and rejoice in you for all that you have done for me! I rejoice in your Son, Jesus Christ, who paid for my sins with His very life. How grateful I am; when I leave this world, I will go home to live in your presence forever! What joy and peace! I thank you for my growing family, my dog, my flowers, and my country. I praise you for the beauty of the mountains and ocean waves. Abba, I praise you for the Living Word that speaks to my heart. Your revelation jumps off the pages to edify, correct, encourage, and guide. I praise you for Holy Spirit living within my heart and spirit. I’m so thankful for Him, my Counselor, who encourages and guides me. Praise you, He sticks closer to me, more than a brother or sister. So, Jesus, no requests today…just telling you how grateful I am! I love you and rejoice in your Son, Jesus! Amen.

Decree out loud: I decree this is the day the Lord hath made, and I will rejoice in it! I will look up and notice what you are doing, Jesus, and choose to focus on your good, pure, and holy ways. I declare I will not whine, complain, or judge others today! I will see what is excellent and right about what Father God is doing today. I decree the Lord is near to me today and always. I declare I will find things to be grateful for all day long!

Prophetic encouragement: I see people being kinder to each other today because the Lord is near! I see people’s faces shining with the hope of Christ! He is wiping away every tear, and joy abounds!

Day 23 “52 Days of Prayers To Rebuild America!”

Day 23 “52 Days of Prayers To Rebuild America!”

Song: Waking Up/We The Kingdom

Scripture: Revelation 3:1-3

Revelation 3:1-3 to the church of Sardis is sobering, “I know all the things you do, and that you have a reputation for being alive—but you are dead. Wake up! Strengthen what little remains, for even what is left is almost dead. I find that your actions do not meet the requirements of my God. Go back to what you heard and believed at first; hold to it firmly. Repent and turn to me again. If you don’t wake up, I will come to you suddenly, as unexpected as a thief.”

Prayer: Jesus, if we are not awake and aware of what is going on in our country, please talk to us and remind us we must pray! Help us to desire you above else and to stand for what is right, not just convenient. God, when good people do not stand and speak up, evil wins. Help us to remember that “we are human, but we don’t wage war as humans do. We use God’s mighty weapons, not worldly weapons, to knock down the strongholds of human reasoning and to destroy false arguments.” (2 Cor. 10:4, NLT) Help us to pray to you always, breaking off the plans of the devil. Help us to stand strong, courageous, and focused on you, the Godhead! In the holy and mighty Name of Jesus, we pray and ask. Amen.

Decree out loud: I decree people are waking up to Jesus! No more drifting off but standing for God’s truths and ways! I declare God is giving a new heart of flesh to people who were barely moving through this life. I decree depression, apathy, and numbness are breaking off in Jesus’ healing power! I declare we will see Jesus and His goodness in the land of the living! We are fully alive and joyful in Him!

Prophetic encouragement: I see the awakened ones on fire for Jesus! They are sharing the gospel, the Good News, in the streets, in cafes, and in pubs. A shout of celebration goes up, witnessing the fact that Jesus is alive, and we are living free in Him!

It’s time to bring your family, your friends, and yes! Even strangers to me! It’s time for the salvation of the Lord today! And it’s time to celebrate!

Day 19 “52 Days of Prayers To Rebuild America!”

Day 19 “52 Days of Prayers To Rebuild America!”

Song: All Hail King Jesus/Upper room/SarahBeth Smith

Scripture: Isaiah 58:5-7 (The Voice)

“You are not fasting today because you want Me to hear your voice.  What kind of a fast do I choose? Is a true fast simply some religious exercise for making a person feel miserable and woeful? Is this what you call a fast, a day the Eternal One finds good and proper?
No, what I want in a fast is this: to liberate those tied down and held back by injustice, to lighten the load of those heavily burdened, to free the oppressed and shatter every type of oppression.
A fast for Me involves sharing your food with people who have none, giving those who are homeless a space in your home, Giving clothes to those who need them, and not neglecting your own family.”

Prayer: Jesus, we fast today (and always) because we need your help and your very presence to invade our hearts! Help us to see the injustice around us, and pray, fast, and do whatever action you are asking us to do. Lord, we pray against the grievous evil of sex trafficking across the world. God, free the oppressed! Untie them from the cruel bondage they are in. Create freedom now, in Jesus’ Name! God gives these victims grace and a way back to their homes. Thank you for the brave citizens who help rescue these children and adults throughout our world. Father God, protect the children from the evilness of this worldwide sin. In the strongest Name, Jesus Christ, we pray, Amen.

Decree out loud: I decree the plans of the enemy will backfire right now! I break off the oppression and cruel bondage that is occurring all over our country and the world. I declare freedom for these sex trafficked victims TODAY!

Prophetic encouragement: I see victims of sexual abuse being led into the train of freedom right now, in Jesus’ Name! I speak peace, wholeness, and safety over them. I speak Isaiah 58:11-12 over the oppressed: “The Eternal One will never leave you; He will lead you in the way that you should go. When you feel dried up and worthless, God will nourish you and give you strength. And you will grow like a garden lovingly tended; you will be like a spring whose water never runs out.” So be it!

Day 17 “52 Days of Prayers To Rebuild America!”

Day 17 “52 Days of Prayers To Rebuild America!”

Song: Wait Upon The Lord/ Leeland

Scripture: Psalm 103:20-22 (NLT)

“Praise the Lord, you angels, you mighty ones who carry out His plans, listening for each of His commands. Yes, praise the Lord, you armies of angels who serve Him and do His will! Praise the Lord, everything He has created, everything in all His kingdom. Let all that I am praise the Lord.”

Prayer: Jesus, thank you for sending us angels to watch over us and accompany us daily. Thank you for assigning us angels at birth who are “commissioned to serve the heirs of God’s salvation” (Hebrews 1:14, Phillips). These angels are in the service of God, and He commands His angels to guard you carefully. (Luke 4:10) Thank you, Jesus, for sending the angels to help us in these dark days. We appreciate your love and care for us and in us. Holy Spirit, open the eyes of our heart and the ears of our spirit to hear when you are moving all around us and within us. In King Jesus, we pray, honor, and glorify, Amen.

Decree out loud: I decree there is authority and power in Jesus! I declare you, as the Lord of Lords, Lord of the mighty host of angels, and King of Kings! Thank you for sending your angels to help us in our time of need and to accompany us in our daily activities. I decree the angels are with us and are helping us to be bold as lions in the face of evil. (Prov. 28:1) I declare you, Messiah Jesus, as the Breaker, making a way through when it does not seem humanely possible because it is only Godly and supernaturally possible! I decree a breaking of evil in the Spirit. I declare wicked strongholds are coming down and are flattened to be no more, in Jesus’ mighty Name! I declare praise upon the lips of your people every day! Lord, I decree laughter, safety, and protection over your Godly lovers!

Prophetic encouragement: I see the angels being dispatched all over our country and the nations to pull down lies, strongholds, and evil. I declare Holy Spirit is opening the eyes of our hearts and spirit to know when the angels are near us, ministering, encouraging, protecting, and accompanying us. I see Jesus, our Breaker, breaking off fear, insecurity, and intimidation of the enemy. Breakthrough, reset, rest, and refreshment are here for His ecclesia, in Jesus’ Name, and by His blood! We worship the Lord of the heavenly hosts and thank Him for sending us His ministering angels to guard us carefully!

Day 10 “52 Days of Prayers To Rebuild America!”

Day 10 “52 Days of Prayers To Rebuild America!”

Song: I Speak Jesus/Charity Gayle, Steven Musso

Scripture: Isaiah 44:24 (WEB)

“Yahweh, your Redeemer, and He who formed you from the womb says: “I am Yahweh, who makes all things; who alone stretches out the heavens; who spreads out the earth by myself.”

Prayer: Yahweh, forgive us for the millions of abortions that have occurred in our land. Thank you for overturning Roe vs. Wade. God, help us to keep this monumental issue ever before you, praying constantly. God, forgive us that humanism has become a god over the preciousness of life. Humanism, designed by the pit of hell, elevates self and one’s self-actualization over the precious baby within the womb. Yahweh, you are the maker of all things, and you are the nurturer of babies. God, forgive us when we try to solve our problems in rational ways instead of looking to you and your supernatural and divine ways. In the holy and compassionate Name of Jesus, we pray, Amen.

Decree out loud: I decree our nation will seek Yahweh, the maker of life, and everything in it. I declare life upon life for our precious babies, born and unborn! I decree the blood of Jesus to wash over and protect the unborn and their mothers. I decree women are jumping out of the abortion center chairs and changing their minds. I declare believers everywhere are awakening to the sanctity of life, understanding the holiness of Creator God through the birth of His children. I declare abortion will end now, in the mighty power of Yahweh!

Prophetic encouragement: Jesus is speaking to you, a friend, or a loved one right now if you have experienced an abortion. There is forgiveness in Him! Talk to Him and let Him know how you feel. Ask Jesus to forgive you and receive His loving grace in your heart today. He showed me the joyful angels in heaven holding and tenderly caring for the aborted but never forgotten babies. He also showed me that their mamas, once they go to heaven, are reunited with their precious ones. What joy and laughter are on their faces! Praise Jesus!

Push To The End!

July 10, 2022

As I swam my laps today, a still small voice within whispered to my wondering heart, “Push to the end!” I pondered what this meant. Holy Spirit, what are you saying here? I asked Him. In response, He whispered, “Not only push to the end but push past the end!”

“Push to the end!” I hear again, remembering our high school swim team coach yelling at us as we trained every day before and after school. So many times, races were lost at the end of the lane because a swimmer backed off their speed in the last few yards. The speed and momentum of the other swimmers could easily pass another racer at the very end of the wall to the shock and dismay of my teammate!

I am not a competitive person. When I swam in swim meets, I wanted to do my best and support my team. So, I absolutely know and agree with Paul when he said, “There has never been the slightest doubt in my mind that the God who started this great work in you would keep at it and bring it to a flourishing finish on the very day Christ Jesus appears.” (Philippians 1:6 The MSG)

As followers of our victorious Jesus, we can all (not just the fastest!) push past the end of this life by holding onto His abundant strength, joy, and overflowing, extravagant love! Almighty God, our creator, and the Great I AM is not a God of smallness but great abundance! His very nature is abundant love and abundant care for His beloved people. Abundance is defined as overflowing fullness or abundance of the heart. I believe this is how our Father God operates! Out of the abundance in His heart for His people, He lavishes love, grace, forgiveness, strength, and provision upon us. He gives us more than we need, so we can finish our life race victoriously, with great courage and resolve!

The opposite of abundance or ampleness is lack, scarcity, shortage,  poverty, want, deficiency and inadequacy. These are not from Jesus, the lover of your heart. Instead, they are from the enemy who comes to kill, steal, destroy and take away.

How the Holy Spirit Strengthens You

“I pray that out of his glorious riches He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being.” (Ephesians 3:16). Your inner being, your heart, soul, and mind are strengthened by Holy Spirit living and breathing within you! He gives you a sound mind and a zeal to seek Him! The Amplified Bible says Eph. 3:16 this way, “May He grant you out of the riches of His glory, to be strengthened and spiritually energized with power through His Spirit in your inner self.” [indwelling your innermost being and personality]

Jesus wants you and me to have a flourishing finish to this life as He jubilantly ushers us into our next heavenly home! But, we must “push to the end.” Jesus will help us to have more than enough strength and grace to push beyond the end! So, let me encourage you to give it your all as you rely on the love, authority, and power of Jesus Christ, who did not scorn the shame of the cross. He paid it all and has enabled us to have great endurance as we walk with Him, focusing on the end result: a heavenly home where the Trinity will be! In heaven, there is only joy, celebration, love, and laughter! Hallelujah! How we praise Him!

How are you viewing your walk with Jesus? Do you depend on Him? Are you trusting Him even in the most challenging moments? Do you believe He will help you in the hardest of your relationships? Ask Jesus for help and guidance, especially when you are offended and need to offer forgiveness. He loves everyone and desires that all would come to the saving knowledge of what He did for them (and us!) on the cross.

I love Psalm 56:11 (The Passion Translation) “What harm can man do to me? With God on my side, I will not be afraid of what comes. My heart overflows with praise to God and for His promises. I will always trust in Him.”

What about when you hear rumors of wars, famine, and pestilences spoken about in Matthew 24:3-14? Let’s take a quick read through these scriptures to remind us what to expect in the last days.

3 “And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be and what shall be the sign of thy coming and of the end of the age?

4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no one deceive you.

5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am the Christ, and shall deceive many.

6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars; see that ye be not troubled, for it is necessary that all these things must take place; but the end is not yet.

7 For nation shall rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there shall be famines and pestilences and earthquakes in different places.

8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.

9 Then they shall deliver you up to be afflicted and shall kill you, and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name’s sake.

10 And then shall many be offended and shall betray one another and shall hate one another.

11 And many false prophets shall rise and shall deceive many.

12 And because lawlessness shall abound, the charity of many shall wax cold.

13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then shall the end come.”

Psalm 56:3-4 (TPT) is very helpful to memorize when fearful. “But in the day that I’m afraid, I lay all my fears before you and trust in you with all my heart. What harm could a man bring to me? With God on my side, I will not be afraid of what comes.” God IS the Champion of our life! He will help you every time you call upon Him!

The Voice translation renders Psalm 56:3 as, “When struck by fear, I let go, depending securely upon You alone.” David, when he wrote this Psalm, was being pursued ruthlessly by KingSaul.

David knew a lot about what man could try to do to him. He said courageously, “I let go. I depend on you alone, God, for my safety, my life, and very being.” David knew how to push beyond the end because he knew where his help would always come from every single time. How about you? When the giants of this life overshadow you, what do you do? Do you trust in the Lord Jesus, or do you trust in your strength, your wisdom, or cleverness? If you trust Jesus, He will help build your faith and help push you beyond the end. And, such a glorious end it will be when we see Him face-to-face! I can see us standing in His loving presence, feeling the warmth of His unconditional love. We will indeed be known for who we are. The One who gave it all will come back to get you, His holy Bride!

Matthew 4:13-14 from The Message Bible wraps up my point so well! “Staying with it—that’s what God requires. Stay with it to the end. You won’t be sorry, and you’ll be saved. All during this time, the good news—the Message of the kingdom—will be preached all over the world, a witness staked out in every country. And then the end will come.”

As a believer, you may sense that Lord Jesus’ return is imminent. It sure seems so, as our world has gone through so many things since 2019. Many believe we live in the days leading up to the End times spoken about in the Bible. I have a sense this is what Holy Spirit whispered to my heart. Don’t just hang on, but push beyond the end! Keep showing up! Keep serving! Keep loving others the way I love you! Do not stop because you think it’s getting close to my return! Ask me for help. Ask for my endurance. I will help you go the extra mile! “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31

Do not just get by. You were designed by God to thrive abundantly and push to the end and beyond!

Pushing past the end in His strength and courage,

Love, Holly

Hold Your Peace

Recently I read Exodus 14:14. “The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” (NKJV) The Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC) says, “The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace and remain at rest.”

These verses come on the heels (hot and heavy!) when  Moses told the people, “Fear not; stand still (firm, confident, undismayed) and see the salvation of the Lord which He will work for you today. For the Egyptians you have seen today you shall never see again.” (AMPC Exodus 14:13)

The Egyptians had to wait and be still while God Almighty parted the Red Sea! If they went into the sea too soon, they would have drowned. Too late, and the Egyptian army might have attacked them and killed them. There had to be a space between God’s people and the Egyptian enemy. God is creating space for you and your struggles. Give Him room to work His miracles and plans out for you! Ask Him to help you to be at peace and give you a sound mind from the wiles of the enemy. Remain at rest. Take deep breaths, breathe in Jesus, and then exhale your anxieties. Psalm 27:14 wisely encourages us to “Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”

Recently, I bought a yellow rose bush with delicate light pink edges for our new front yard. I have never bought a yellow rose bush as normally, I would buy red, pink, lavender, or even white. Somehow, I was drawn to this rose plant. It was an older, mature plant with thick branches and dark green leaves. There were several large buds, but I could not see the color of the blossoms …yet. It’s a mature plant and older like me; I laughed to myself. And, really sturdy like me! Probably been through many stormy seasons…yes, like me. I noticed the rose bush had strong, protective thorns developed over time…like me.

You see, my hubby and I have gone through many transitional times in the last year since we were prompted by Holy Spirit to sell our home of 22 years and move from the small town I had lived in all of my life. We sold our home three times and bought our current home two times! That was certainly nerve-wracking! God knew exactly what He was doing and worked the situation out to our favor and the buyers, too! Praise Him!

I know there has been uprooting and a reset orchestrated by the Lord, and many of you have changed jobs, careers, and your physical location just as we have during the past three years of living in a Covid world. Jesus whispers in your uncertainities, Hold your peace. I will fight for you!

Exodus 14:14 is so precious to me because the Lord does indeed fight for us! way.and. every.moment! Even when we do not realize it! The second portion of this scripture reads, “You shall hold your peace!” We can hold our peace by not complaining on and on about the reality of our situation, but instead rise up in faith and worship Jesus! We can hold our peace in the One who holds our hands and our hearts! You and I are loved so dealy that we are engraved upon God’s palms!

We can hold our peace as we pray to the One who provides all…even abundantly more than we can think, ask or imagine! We can hold our peace when life is careening out of control, and our heart and head are dizzied from its effect! You and I can hold our peace in Jesus, our Prince of Peace! He is our ever-present help in any battle!

Do you know the name of this beautiful rose bush is Peace? Every time I look at this plant, water it, or cut its lovely blooms, I will remember how you, God prompted me to purchase this particular plant as a reminder of your loving eyes, and presence upon me and in me! You truly are my Abba who sees me and He sees you, too!

Here are some fun facts about the rose Peace, according to Wikipedia. And, I might add that with this particular rose, Peace would have never existed in the face of war if God did not intervene and protect it.

The Peace rose, formally Rosa ‘Madame A. Meilland’, is a well-known and successful garden rose. By 1992, over one hundred million plants of this hybrid tea had been sold. The cultivar has large flowers of a light yellow to cream color, slightly flushed at the petal edges with crimson-pink. It is hardy and vigorous, and relatively resistant to disease, making it popular in gardens as well as in the floral trade.

It was developed by French horticulturist Francis Meilland in the years 1935 to 1939. When Meilland foresaw the German invasion of France, he sent cuttings to friends in Italy, Turkey, Germany, and the United States to protect the new rose. It is said that it was sent to the US on the last plane available before the German invasion, where it was safely propagated by the Conard Pyle Co. during the war.

Because Meilland had sent out his cuttings just before the war, communication between the cultivators was not possible, which is why the rose received different names. In France, Francis and Alain Meilland decided to call the cultivar ‘Madame A. Meilland’ in honor of Francis’ deceased mother, Antoine Meilland’s wife, Claudia. This is the formal cultivar name. Other names are considered by the International Code of Nomenclature for Cultivated Plants as trade or selling names. In Italy, it was called Gioia (Italian for “joy”), in Germany Gloria Dei (Latin for “glory of God”), and in the US, Sweden, and Norway “Peace.

Well, what do you know! The Lord knew exactly (once again!) what He was doing when He encouraged me to buy this rose plant! What an object lesson for me! I can have joy, and peace when the enemy tries to invade my heart with fear by remembering Exodus 14:14! The Lord does indeed fight for us and helps us to hold our peace in Him and His unfailing love for us!

Let us pray:

You are our heavenly Father who fights and protects us in the battles of this life. I will hold my peace in you, Lord! You have never lost a battle! Thank you that this is our inheritance as a follower of Jesus Christ! Hallelujah! What joy you give us when we hold our peace and trust in you! Thank you that my peace is developing daily. It’s a choice that I am finally choosing to make! I thank you, Abba, for this beautiful reminder that you have given us in the Peace rose! Gloria Dei or all glory to you, God! In Jesus’ powerful Name I pray, Amen.

Love, peace, and joy!

Holly 🙂

Grace at 5:55 am!

Grace at 5:55 am!

As I looked out my dark office window this early morning, I spied the silhouette of the sliver crescent-shaped moon with a round outline! The crescent part of the moon is sitting down yonder of the circle of the moon. It is beautiful and reminds me of Abba God, holding me up with His loving, unending grace! And, what a beautiful Creator HE IS!

Psalms 18:1-3 (The Passion Translation) is so comforting to me, and I pray it will be to you as well!

“I love you, Yahweh, and I’m bonded to you, my strength!

2 Yahweh, you’re the bedrock beneath my feet,

    my faith-fortress, my wonderful deliverer,

my God, my rock of rescue where none can reach me.

    You’re the shield around me,

the mighty power that saves me,

    and my high place.

3 All I need to do is to call on you,

    Yahweh, the praiseworthy God.

When I do, I’m safe and sound in you—

    delivered from my foes!”

Are you going through a really hard season or even a challenging couple of years? Is it wrenchingly difficult? Have you gone through betrayal by a friend, a co-worker, or a family member? I do think and have experienced the past few years have been exceedingly hard for most of us! I believe it is only in Jesus’ love and strength that many of us are still standing! I am sure you can make a long list of prayer concerns and worries. I know I can, too! But Jesus! We can call upon Jesus to be our strength! We can choose to call upon Jesus to help us! Sometimes, all we can do is breathe out His precious Name: Jesus!

Psalms 18:19 (TPT) says, “His love broke open the way and He brought me into a beautiful broad place. He rescued me because His delight is in me.” Hallelujah! Jesus rescues you and me in the only way possible. In Him. For Him. By Him! I love that His ways are so much higher and greater than mine! I praise Him! And as I do, He opens my heart and mind to His ways, moving me with faith to see Him and His will!

You know, Psalms 18:19 could be referring to the throne room of heaven. So, when you pray your prayers are ascending into the very heart of Abba, Daddy God seated in His throne room of great grace and mercy! Also, in Ps. 18: 19 you can see the glorious resurrection of Christ (from death on the cross) as the Father reached down and kissed the Son with life and love. Read it again and think of Christ in the tomb being raised lovingly, in great power and majesty by Abba God, our heavenly Father! (The Passion Translation footnotes) I love this so much! Abba Daddy reaches down for His beloved Son, Jesus Christ! And He reaches down for you and I as we put our feet solidly on Him. He is our bedrock peace! He is our fortress. He is our wrap-around shield! He is the mighty power to save you no matter what you are staring at today!

Call upon Him today, even at this moment! Praise Him passionately out loud! Give Him all your love! He IS so worthy of all our praise! He will help you! He is so good!

Have you received Jesus as your Savior? It’s time. He has been knocking on your heart. He has been seeking you as His beloved child.  He loves you so much! It’s a simple prayer you can pray right now, from wherever you are reading this.

Dear Jesus,

I need you. I cannot do this hard life without you. Jesus, I have done things my way and I am ready for you to be my Lord, my Savior. Please forgive me of my sins. I acknowledge that you died on the cross…FOR ME. Jesus, I believe you rose again from the grave after three days in the tomb. Jesus, come live in me. Be my loving Counselor, my guide, my Lord. Thank you for saving me. In Jesus’ precious Name I pray. Amen.

Welcome to the family of God! All of heaven is celebrating with you! Your Name was just written in the Book of Life! When Jesus comes back for His beloved people, He will take you with Him to our eternal, heavenly home. Please tell someone you trust about your decision and do get a bible. I suggest starting reading through the Psalms, as they are such a comfort in a world gone crazy! The gospels also are a great place to begin, like John, Matthew, Mark, and Luke. Please leave a note about your decision to encourage others! 🙂

God bless you greatly as you trust in Him!
